Driven is the word synonymous with Wendy’s approach to business and her clients. From retail marketing and promotions that drive record traffic, to branding and event campaigns that position clients above the competition, Wendy relentlessly pursues excellence in every aspect of advertising and marketing for her agency’s clients. For Wendy, the bottom line is always results and growing market share.
With more than 25 years in retail advertising with a primary focus in the automotive category, Wendy brings to the table what many of her agency competitors cannot: experience. Her early career began at Zimmerman Advertising, where she quickly grew from an account executive to the Director of Account Services, overseeing Tier 2 MDAAs, and was director of the AutoNation account.
After 10 years at Zimmerman, Wendy decided to open her own ad agency, and so Traffic Advertising was born. Wendy leads the team in bringing to focus her experience delivering full-service advertising and marketing plans to automotive groups across the country. Her campaigns combine hard-hitting creative with traditional and digital marketing to drive traffic and continually build her clients’ brands.
While Wendy has always pushed a client-first approach when it comes to business, her agency’s culture does not forget its employees. Wendy strives to promote a family-friendly work environment where life balance is respected, all while providing avenues for advancement in every department. With a family of her own, this is critical to the success of the agency and a testament to Wendy’s character.
Charity and community involvement have always been close to Wendy’s heart. Some of the charities supported by Traffic Advertising include JDRF, The Junior League, and the Advertising Federation. Wendy also encourages her employees and clients to “do good for the neighborhood” through volunteerism and other charity works.
