Marketing Coordinator

Job description

We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to help us execute advertising campaigns on behalf of our clients. Your primary responsibilities include entering reporting metrics for daily and monthly client performance analyses, conducting market research, and working with a team to release promotional materials (e.g., digital banners, e-blasts, direct mail, print, etc.). We want to meet you if you have excellent communication skills and a passion for advertising strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Enter client performance data daily and monthly as part of ongoing reporting
  • Initiate and handle communications to create and release ad campaigns of all media type
  • Analyze competitors
  • Prepare reports by collecting and analyzing sales data
  • Collaborate with the design department to produce promotional materials
  • Craft clear product marketing copy
  • Organize and assist in executing promotional activities and events

Skills

  • Proven work experience as a Marketing Coordinator, Marketing Officer or similar role
  • Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing tools
  • Experience with research methods using data analytics software
  • Expertise with digital marketing campaigns (e.g., SEM, SEO, social medial, etc.)
  • Solid computer skills, including MS Office, especially Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills
  • Degree in Marketing or a relevant field
